Sierra Mccormick was raised in Palm Springs, CA and was born in Asheville NC. When she was a child, she started acting on television as well as film. She played a myriad of characters in various networks shows such as Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader?, Criminal Minds?, Supernatural, Monk and Curb Your Enthusiasm. Later, she worked on more substantial studio movies like Land of the Lost and 20th Century Fox's Ramona & Beezus. From 2011 to 2013 she appeared as a series regular on the television series ANT Farm, and in 2014, she appeared in the horror film Some Kind of Hate, for which she received a nomination for the Fright Meter Award. Following this, she worked in a myriad of genre-spanning films including the Lionsgate film The Honor List and Lifetime's Sorority Nightmare. She is starring in the film The Vast of Night, (which has won the Slamdance Film Festival audience award and an Overlook Film Festival grand jury prize) along with the horror ensemble piece V.F.W.
